Digital Reference Sheet + Card Drawer
While I'm over all happy with the core Short Stacked game, I have found that it can be a little annoying to constantly jump around a PDF to find all the reference pages, especially when a given daily journal could require 'Events', 'Reaction' and 'Twists' all from different cards and thus different parts of the book. Throw in changes which are all the way at the end of the book and possibly needing to check rules and instructions, its all just a bit much.
To address that, I've thrown together a small companion piece to the PDF. A simple HTML program that effectively works as an index of all of the pages dedicated to explaining individual cards as well as each of the 12 changes described at the end of the book.
Nothing in this little program is new or necessary, but it very well might make your time journaling just a little bit easier.
OH! Yes and also it DOES include a small, simple tarot card drawer! Its nothing fancy, basically a random number generator that picks a card at random and gives you the link to its page in the program, but if you need a way to simulate a tarot deck for the game, its free and functional! Just roll a few times and write down the results, ignoring duplicate cards, if you want to get a spread instead of drawing off the top.
